Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

ClonifyLab is a service of DecodeIT OÜ (registry code 16593048, Tallinn, Estonia).

In short: ClonifyLab is an AI service that writes, voices, edits and posts short videos for you. You must be 18 or over. Nothing posts until you approve it. You pay for videos with credits from a monthly plan, and you can cancel at any time. Your face and voice are cloned only from your own consent recording. Whoever posts a file we deliver must switch on the platform's AI label where it's required.

1. About these terms

1.1 These terms are a contract between you and DecodeIT OÜ, trading as ClonifyLab ("we", "us"), registry code 16593048, VAT number EE102552621, Tallinn, Estonia, info@clonifylab.com. They apply when you use our website, web app (app.clonifylab.com, also our Telegram Mini App) or Telegram bot (@ClonifyLabBot).

1.2 They include our Acceptable Use Policy, our Refund and withdrawal policy and, if you make a clone, our Likeness & Voice Licence. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your data.

1.3 Businesses that buy our done-for-you service sign our B2B Service Agreement instead; these terms apply to them only where that agreement says so.

1.4 You accept these terms when you tick the box in the app or press Accept in the bot. You can save or print them from this page at any time.

2. Who can use ClonifyLab

2.1 You must be 18 or over and able to make a binding contract.

2.2 You can use ClonifyLab as a consumer or for your business. If you act for a business, you confirm you may bind it.

2.3 Clone mode (videos with your face and voice) is open only to people who live in the EU. People elsewhere can make faceless and other videos that show no clone, except in the United Kingdom, where we don't offer ClonifyLab yet.

2.4 You may not use ClonifyLab if you are on an EU sanctions list, or for a company established in Russia or Belarus.

2.5 One account per person. Give us correct details and keep them up to date.

3. What ClonifyLab is

3.1 ClonifyLab is an AI service. Our bot is an AI assistant, not a person. AI models write the scripts, make the voices, pictures, music and moving shots, and edit the videos; Claude Code, an AI, also helped build the service.

3.2 AI can get things wrong. A script can contain a mistake, a picture can look odd, a fact can be out of date. That's why every video waits for your approval: check each one before you approve it, especially any claim about health, money, law or your products.

3.3 We never promise views, followers, sales, income or any other result.

3.4 We can change the AI models and providers we use, as long as the service you pay for stays the same or gets better.

4. Your account

4.1 You sign in with Google, with a 6-digit code we email you, or with Telegram. You can link your Telegram account to your web account: we ask you to confirm in the bot first, and a Telegram account belongs to one ClonifyLab account only.

4.2 Keep access to your email, Google and Telegram accounts safe. You are responsible for what happens in your ClonifyLab account, unless someone got in through our fault.

4.3 Tell us at once if you think someone else got into your account.

5. Plans, credits and prices

5.1 Plans (prices include VAT):

Plan Price What you get each month
Starter €31 a month (Telegram: 2,650 Stars) 15 credits, 1 brand, 2 videos made right away, no free re-makes
Pro €71 a month (Telegram: 6,050 Stars) 40 credits, 2 brands, 2 videos made right away, 1 free re-make credit, versions in other languages, a monthly "what worked" memo
Annual (in the browser only) Starter €355 a year, Pro €840 a year The monthly plan, paid once a year
Top-up €9 for 4 credits (Telegram: 750 Stars) Only with an active plan; valid 12 months

Every plan can post to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok (TikTok as a draft you publish yourself), and includes the idea engine.

5.2 Credits per video (up to 60 seconds; a video of 61–120 seconds counts double):

Video type Credits
Edit my video (you film yourself; we cut it) 1
Product demo (your screen recordings) 1
Talking video (your face and voice) 1
Faceless video: Calm 1
Faceless video: Lively (up to 4 moving AI shots) 2
Faceless video: Fully animated (every shot moves; at most 60 seconds) 3 up to 45 seconds, 4 for 46–60 seconds
A version in another language (Pro) 1

The app and the bot show the credits for every other type before you order it.

5.3 The price shown is the price charged. You see a video's credits before anything is made. If the video runs a few seconds longer, the price stays the same; if it comes out shorter, in a cheaper length band, you pay the lower price. When a video can't be made (it is blocked, fails our final check, or fails at our end), your credits come back automatically.

5.4 When videos are made. A video you order by 17:00 is ready by 07:30 the next morning ("Ready by 07:30 tomorrow"); one ordered later is ready by 07:30 the morning after. Or it is made right away ("Make it now"). Each plan includes 2 videos a month made right away; after that, "Make it now" costs 1 extra credit, or the video waits for the night. Every plan gets the same speed: there is no paid priority. Making times are estimates.

5.5 Re-makes. Changing a post text before you approve is always free. The first "Edit video" or "Regenerate" of each video is free within your plan's monthly allowance of free re-make credits (Starter 0, Pro 1); other re-makes use credits like a new video. A re-make made right away uses your "now" allowance.

5.6 Unused credits from a plan carry over to the next billing period and then expire. We use the credits that expire first, plan credits before top-ups.

5.7 Top-ups can be bought only while you have an active plan. They are valid for 12 months from purchase and are used after your plan's credits, on any type of video. If your plan ends, they still work for videos you download (posting is part of a plan), without the "now" allowance or free re-makes. A clone video can be made only until 3 days before your clone is deleted, and no new clone is made until you start a new plan.

5.8 The free sample. New users can make one free faceless video of up to 30 seconds, made right away, with a visible "ClonifyLab sample" mark. It has no re-make. The free sample is never posted and can't be downloaded, and we delete it after 30 days if you don't buy a plan. There is one free sample per person: per Telegram account and per confirmed email address (never a second one after you link them), within a daily limit for all new users.

5.9 Limits that keep the service fair: at most 10 video requests an hour; after 3 blocked topics or scripts in one day, you can make new requests again the next day. If our safety check blocks a video's script, or you cancel 20 videos in a month before we start on them, new requests wait until the next month; those videos still get their credits back. If a version in another language fails because its translation doesn't fit the video, you can try the same video and language once more that day, and after 3 failed versions in a month, new versions wait until the next month. Support, cancelling and withdrawal keep working.

5.10 Price changes. We may change our prices. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does.

6. Payment and renewal

6.1 Inside Telegram (the bot and the Mini App) you pay with Telegram Stars, under Telegram's terms. In the browser you pay by card through Stripe (card payments open later; until then plans are sold in Telegram). We never see your card number.

6.2 Plans renew automatically every month (with Stars, every 30 days), or every year for an annual plan, until you cancel. We take each payment at the start of its period.

6.3 If a renewal payment fails, your plan ends at the end of the paid period (section 7).

6.4 Upgrading from Starter to Pro starts Pro at once; your remaining credits stay. If you move to a plan with fewer brands, you pick which brand to keep; the other is paused and its pending posts are cancelled.

7. Cancelling and the end of a plan

7.1 You can cancel at any time with one click: in the web app's account page, or in Telegram's subscription settings for a Stars plan. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

7.2 When a plan ends (you cancelled, a payment failed, or a Stars subscription was not renewed):

  • posts scheduled after the paid period are cancelled; before that, we show them to you so you can post them now or download them;
  • your clone and every video made with it are deleted within 30 days (we tell you the dates first, so you can download what you want);
  • your approved videos stay in your library for 30 days, then they are deleted;
  • your top-up credits keep working as section 5.7 says.

7.3 Refunds and your 14-day right to withdraw are explained in our Refund and withdrawal policy.

8. Your right to withdraw (consumers in the EU)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a plan or a top-up within 14 days, without giving a reason, with the "Withdraw from contract here" button in the app or the bot, by email, or with the model form on our withdrawal page. When you buy, you ask us to start right away; if you then withdraw, you pay for what you already used, as our Refund and withdrawal policy explains.

9. Making, approving and posting videos

9.1 Topics. You send a topic in a sentence or a voice note, or pick one of our ideas. We make the script, voice, visuals, music and edit, following your brand's card.

9.2 Safety check. Every topic, script, post text and AI-made picture passes our automatic safety check (section 15). If something is blocked, we tell you why, your credit comes back, and we may suggest a safe version.

9.3 Approval. Every video comes to you as a preview with the exact texts, the posting time, the platforms and the platforms that get their AI label. Nothing is posted until you approve it. We record who approved, when, and a fingerprint of the exact file and texts. An approved video can't be changed; to change it, make a new version.

9.4 Posting. We post approved videos through Upload-Post to the social accounts you connect yourself (you log in on each platform's own page; we never ask for your passwords). TikTok gets a draft, which you publish in TikTok. You can post now, choose a time up to 30 days ahead, move a post, or cancel it until 15 minutes before its time. A video you don't approve by its posting time misses it and stays in your library.

9.5 Cancelling a video. You can cancel a video while it is being made. If you cancel before we start on it (for example, while it waits for the night), your credits come back; once we have started, usually with its script, cancelling stops the video but uses its credits. If you approve a video while its re-make, or a new version in the same language, is being made, that one stops, under the same rule for its credits.

9.6 Posting is your choice and your account. The platforms decide how they show, rank or remove posts. We aren't responsible for a platform's decisions, outages or rule changes, but we'll help you if a post fails.

9.7 We may cancel a pending post that no longer passes our checks (for example after a consent is withdrawn or a report is made), and we'll tell you why.

10. Your clone

10.1 A clone is made only from your own recording on our consent page: one continuous take of 3–5 minutes that starts with you reading our consent sentence and a random phrase shown on screen. You confirm you are 18 or over and accept our Likeness & Voice Licence. You can record a clone only while you have a paid plan.

10.2 You may clone only yourself. Never record someone else, a public figure, a child or a person who has died, and never use existing videos of anyone.

10.3 Clone videos also use your real clips: at least 20–30% of each clone video is real footage, so we ask you for short phone clips and remind you monthly to add new ones.

10.4 You can withdraw your consent at any time. We then stop all new clone videos at once and delete your clone and every video made with it within 30 days (the Likeness & Voice Licence explains the details).

11. Your content and our licence to use it

11.1 You keep all rights in what you give us: your texts, voice notes, recordings, clips, screen recordings, logos and brand details ("your content").

11.2 You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your content only to provide ClonifyLab to you: to store it, process it with our AI providers, make and edit your videos, post them where you approve, and keep the records the law requires. This licence ends when your content is deleted under our Privacy Policy. We don't use your content or your videos to advertise ClonifyLab, or as public examples, unless you agree in writing; for a clone or cloned-voice video, only when the person's recorded consent sentence covers ClonifyLab's website and ads (Likeness & Voice Licence, section 4).

11.3 You confirm that you have the rights to your content. When you add clips or screen recordings, you confirm: “These are my or my business’s own recordings; everyone recognisable in them is 18 or over and agreed to appear.” When you upload a take for your own video, you confirm: “This is my own camera recording of me (or of our presenter, who agreed). Nobody else can be recognised in it, nobody in it is under 18, and it isn’t made or changed with AI.”

11.4 Don't give us other people's personal data unless you may.

12. Your videos

12.1 Once you approve a video, you may use it as you like, as long as you follow these terms (especially section 13) and our Acceptable Use Policy. We claim no ownership of your approved videos.

12.2 The music, library voices and AI pictures in your videos come from our providers under licences that allow posting on social media and in your ads. AI-made material may not be protected by copyright, and others may make similar material; we make sure no two customers get the same video.

12.3 Downloads. You can download an approved video while your account is active and, for a clone or cloned-voice video, while the consent is valid, through a link that works for 15 minutes. The free sample, unapproved videos and videos with an open report, takedown or legal hold can't be downloaded. We log each download.

13. AI labels and invisible marks

13.1 Every video we make carries invisible marks: signed C2PA Content Credentials and a watermark in its picture and sound, which show it was made with AI by ClonifyLab. Anyone can check them on our check page.

13.2 When we post a video, the platform's own AI label is switched on automatically wherever the law or the platform requires it. At present it goes on every Instagram and Facebook post, and on YouTube and TikTok on every post of a clone video, a video with a cloned voice or realistic AI visuals; only a stylized faceless video with a library voice goes without it, on YouTube and TikTok. Nobody, not you and not us, can switch a required label off. A TikTok draft can't carry the label, so we remind you to switch on TikTok's AI-generated content setting when you publish it.

13.3 When you post a file we delivered (a download, an export or a saved preview), you are the "deployer" under Article 50(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act) for that post. You must:

  • switch on the platform's AI label wherever the law or the platform requires it;
  • never knowingly remove or alter the C2PA data or the watermark, or help anyone do so;
  • keep the label even if you edit the file;
  • add any other label your local rules require (for example France's "Images virtuelles" on paid influencer posts with AI faces).

13.4 We never add AI wording to your videos, titles, captions or ad texts ourselves. If you ask for it in your own words, it stays.

14. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no sexual or political content, no other people's faces or voices (except people aged 18 or over who agreed to appear in your own clips, and your presenter in a take), no public figures, no fake testimonials, no income or unsupported medical or financial claims, no promised views, and nothing illegal or misleading.

15. How we moderate content

15.1 Automatic checks. Before anything is made or posted, OpenAI's moderation checks every topic, script, post text and AI-made picture; our own written rules, checked by Anthropic's Claude, read every topic, script and post text you edit. They block what breaks the law, platform rules or our Acceptable Use Policy. Your own clips, takes and screen recordings aren't checked automatically (only the words kept from a take are): you confirm what they show when you upload them, and you approve every video.

15.2 People. We review reports, takedown requests and blocks you ask us to look at, and we decide on suspensions ourselves.

15.3 What we can do: refuse to make or post a video, cancel a pending post, remove a video from our service, pause new requests for a day, suspend clone mode, or suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches. Each time we tell you what we did, why, which rule it concerns and how to ask us to look again, as the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Art. 17) requires.

15.4 Asking us to look again. Reply to our message or write to info@clonifylab.com within 6 months. A person reviews it and answers you, usually within a few days. You can always go to court as well.

16. Reports and takedown

16.1 Anyone can report a video or a misuse of their face or voice with the "Report content" button or at info@clonifylab.com (see our contact page). A report should say where the content is, why it is unlawful or breaks our rules, the reporter's name and email (unless it concerns child sexual abuse), and that it is made in good faith.

16.2 We act on reports within 48 hours, and keep the data concerned until the case is closed.

17. Availability and changes to the service

17.1 We aim to keep ClonifyLab running all the time, but it can be interrupted for maintenance, by our providers or by things outside our control.

17.2 We may improve or change features. If a change takes away something important you paid for, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel and get back the unused part of what you paid.

18. Liability

18.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer under the law.

18.2 You are responsible for the content you give us and for what you approve and post, including the claims in your videos.

18.3 If you use ClonifyLab for your business, our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue or lost data.

19. Suspension and termination

19.1 We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, if the law requires it, or to protect someone whose face or voice is misused. Unless the law or safety prevents it, we tell you why first.

19.2 If we close your account without fault on your side, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then. Changes required by law can apply sooner.

21. Transfer to our successor company

We plan to move ClonifyLab to a new company of our own, ClonifyLab OÜ. We may transfer this contract, your licences and your recorded consents to it, or to another company we control or that takes over ClonifyLab. We'll tell you before it happens; your rights stay the same.

22. Law and disputes

22.1 Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

22.2 Please talk to us first: info@clonifylab.com, or /support in the bot.

22.3 Consumers can also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee), or to the consumer authority or courts where they live.

22.4 Disputes with businesses go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn.
